vrek: both cameras' existing accounts do reach ISAPI

Browse Source 
Corrects the claim that one camera needed a separate web account; that
came from a single failed request while accounts were being changed on
that camera. The advanced settings work with the logins already stored.

That claim came from a single failed request earlier the same evening, while a second account was being created and activated on that camera; what changed in between is unknown. Consequences: the Advanced image panel works on both cameras with the logins already stored, no extra account is needed, deleting the purpose-made account cost nothing, and the TLS investigation (iss-aret59y) can use either camera's existing login.
